It is always good if we convert our negative gearing properties into a positive one, as the demand for properties are increasing day after day and if utilized properly they will gain good price.  My ancestor’s house was lying idle since long and many people had advised me either to sell it or give it on rent.

Support of Vendor Finance in buying and selling property is excellent.  This I am saying from the experience I had with them.  I had got a good job, but as the distance from my home to work place was more, I had decided to shift there.

Purchase and sale of a property, if done through right people is a fast procedure and will meet our expectations.  This can be done either through our known sources, Vendor Finance or through real estate agents.  Since the past few years, Vendor Finance is operating very well in this segment.
